Email and Phone
BONO uses email and phone as part of the daily work. Relevant information arising from phone calls and email exchanges that are part of case processing is recorded in our system. We do not send sensitive personal information via email.
We continuously delete messages that are no longer relevant and at least once a year we review the email inbox and delete unnecessary content.
Please note that regular email is unencrypted. We therefore encourage you not to send confidential, sensitive, or other confidential information via email.
Phone calls (phone numbers to and from, as well as the time of the call) are logged in our telephone central. This log is necessary for the administration and operation of the system. Information about the phone call is deleted from the log after one month.
Employees have a record of the last calls on their phones. If a phone call is related to a specific case, a note may be written after the call. No other systematic registration of phone calls where the caller can be identified is done.
